{"id":5249,"date":"2011-01-11T21:50:11","date_gmt":"2011-01-11T21:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/secularright.org\/SR\/wordpress\/?p=5249"},"modified":"2011-01-11T21:50:11","modified_gmt":"2011-01-11T21:50:11","slug":"free-publicity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/secularright.org\/SR\/wordpress\/free-publicity\/","title":{"rendered":"Free Publicity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Was the Tucson shooter inspired by the American Renaissance race-realist website\/newsletter?\u00a0 The Obamarrhoids planted a suggestion that he was; Fox News\u00a0took the bait; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amren.com\/mtnews\/archives\/2011\/01\/american_renais_16.php\">American Renaissance denied and disproved the slur<\/a>; now the accusers seem to have backed off.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This little episode left me wondering whether perhaps the liberal Left has been infiltrated by American Renaissance moles.<\/p>\n<p>Consider:\u00a0 Every February American Renaissance has a conference. Last year&#8217;s was nearly derailed by a leftist mob phoning in death threats to employees of the conference hotel. I <a href=\"http:\/\/secularright.org\/SR\/wordpress\/category\/conferences\/\">blogged about it on Secular Right<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Now this year&#8217;s conference is coming up, and the Left is once again giving American Renaissance some timely free publicity (of which commodity, please be reminded, there is no such thing as bad).<\/p>\n<p>Coincidence?
