But I can recommend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/0061472808\/geneexpressio-20\">The Lost History of Christianity: The Thousand-Year Golden Age of the Church in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia&#8211;and How It Died<\/a> without any  riders.
