Read <a href=\"http:\/\/secularright.org\/wordpress\/?p=1283\">his post<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Latest in <a href=\"http:\/\/secularright.org\/wordpress\/?p=1155\">Michael Newdow&#8217;s suit<\/a> over religious references in the President-Elect&#8217;s Oath of Office: he sent a process server <a href=\"http:\/\/legaltimes.typepad.com\/blt\/2009\/01\/process-server-on-chief-justice-roberts-definitely-a-gentleman.html\">to the home of Chief Justice John Roberts<\/a> to serve him with the papers personally. <a href=\"http:\/\/althouse.blogspot.com\/2009\/01\/serving-process-on-chief-justice-at-his.html\">Ann Althouse thinks<\/a> part of Newdow&#8217;s rudeness is that he&#8217;s stepping on someone else&#8217;s event:<br \/>\n<blockquote><p>Now, I&#8217;ve broken my silence on the atheist&#8217;s case about the oath.
